Fund Accounting Setup

The Fund Accounting Setup page is used to define several important requirements for nonprofits and governments.


With Fundamentals, Business Central is enhanced to ensure that all debits and credits are automatically balanced.  The system will balance funds by generating interfund (i.e. due-to and due-from entries) or by posting payables, receivables and bank entries by fund to follow expenses and revenues.  These options are described further in the article here.
