Trial Balance Grouped by Dimensions “Show” option was not working

Area: Reporting

Issue: Trial Balance Grouped by Dimensions report was not respecting options on accounts to show

Solution: The report has been updated to work with Print Type options, Have provided 2 options. 

1. Accounts with Activities 
2. Accounts with Balance

Note: The option "All Accounts" has been removed as if any account does not have a balance then we can not show it under any group.
