We work hard to innovate and improve the product to earn your annual renewals. Renewals require a new license key file to be installed. License files are provided after payment of subscription renewals.
Approximately 2 to 3 months before your subscription expires, either your partner or Tangicloud will contact you with information about renewing your subscription. Users are also notified on the main role center inside 30 days of renewal. Please feel free to ask any questions of your partner representative, and we’ll work to ensure your continued customer satisfaction.
