January 3, 2023 - Littleton, CO - Today, Tangicloud Technologies announced the launch of their new product support service including a flexible knowledge base with regular additions and updates.

Malik said that the main focus for Tangicloud over the past six years was to learn the Business Central programming language, AL, and nuances of publication on the Microsoft AppSource that would allow an update cadence in line with Microsoft's monthly releases.
Now that the team has immersed itself in the Universal Code Microsoft wants from its ISVs and developers, Tangicloud can move forward with improved customer service through a robust knowledge base of over 140 articles and regular additions to the text, plus a more accurate support ticketing system that will maintain the best possible support for partners and direct end users.
