Sales order import was not automatically processing item reservations

Issue:   Item Reservations not processed automatically when Sales Orders were imported using the Excel Import App.

Solution: Upon Investigation, we determined that Business Central is running the process to reserve inventory on the page sub-pages and not using table triggers.  The Excel Import now invokes the item reservation function as sales lines are inserted.
