The “Prepared For” field has been made an editable field on the General Ledger Entries page. This functionality is similar to the base feature that allows changes to the Description field. Upon attempting to edit the list, it will be evident that this field has been modified to permit user edits and the insertion of values from the resource table. It is important to note that any edits to the Prepared For field will be validated against the Resources table to prevent the entry of invalid values.
To Edit the Prepared For field, follow the steps below:
1. Open General Ledger Entries page.
2. Click on Edit List >> The prepared column will be editable.
3. Select a value from the resource table.
