New API to support document attachments

Fundamentals has a created a custom API to support attachments on documents. The following document types are supported.

1. Journals
2. Sales Quote
3. Sales Order
4. Sales Invoice
5. Sales Credit Memo
6. Purchase Order
7. Purchase Invoice
8. Purchase Credit Memo
9. Bank Account Reconciliation
10. Bank Deposit
