New User Permission Set report

Business Central uses Permission Sets to assign user access to objects, such as tables, pages, reports, queries, etc.

System audits can require supporting information to show what permissions users have in the system. Fundamentals has added the User Permission Set report to make reporting on this information much easier.

To Download the report:

1. Go to Administration > Users
2. From the Action Bar go to Permissions >> User Permission Sets
3. In the User Permission Set page you can select filters for Users or Companies
4. Click Download to generate the Excel Report. The report will say TRUE (user belongs to the security group) or FALSE (user does not belong to the security group)
