Resolved issue with Statistical Ledger entries printing in budget amount columns

Business Value

Financial reports will display the correct statistical account balances based on column Ledger Entry Type.

Previously, statistical account rows were printing incorrect balances in columns with Ledger Entry Type set to Budget Entries.

This issue has now been resolved and only G/L accounts will print balances in a budget entry column.
