Business Value: On the Business Rules, we added a “Non-Blank” flag. When this flag is set as YES, it indicates that the field has (or must have) a value. This makes it unnecessary to use the <>’’ filter expression and is more efficient when handling large lists.
Feature Details: Non-Blank field was added on the on all the Business Rules i.e. Batch Approval Card, Budget Rules, Document Approval Card, Document Line Approval Card, and Validation Rules.
