Import Mapping List and Card only allow importing of master records

Users are prevented from importing data which does not make sense on the Import Mapping pages.

The Excel Import Mapping pages can list definitions for master records, journals and documents. The Excel Import action has been limited to only allow master data imports (e.g. Vendor Chart of Accounts, etc.)
