Adding Approval Actions to additional pages to support using base Business Central approvals.

Feature Details

When using the Use Base Approvals switch, several pages were missing the Approval Actions. The actions to Approve, Delegate and Reject have been added to the following pages:

General Journal
Cash Receipt Journal
IC General Journal
Payment Journal
Sales Journal
Purchase Journal
