Resolved error submitting Recurring General Journal lines for approval

Users have the ability to create and post recurring transactions in the Recurring General Journals page. Recurring General Journals also have the ability to require Document Approvals or Document Line Approvals. Users were receiving the following error message when submitting for approval if a line with a $0 amount existed on the journal entry. 

Prior to submitting for approval the Amount field should be set on Line No. nnnnn

Resolved the error by allowing $0 Recurring General Journal lines to exist and remain in a Valid line status allowing the document to be submitted and processed for approval.
