Unable to see Make Invoice on the Purchase Quote action when a record is opened from the Approvals page

Issue: The “Make Invoice” action was not shown instead of “Make Order” on the Purchase Quote page when the record iwas opened from the Approvals page

Solution: Made changes to the code to ensure that the “Make Invoice” action is visible when a record is opened from the Approval Page.
