Prevent One Time Checks from Printing when using Document Approvals

Users can create document or document line approval rules in Fundamentals. These approval rules are enforced when doing One Time Checks. Previously, users could print the check prior to document approval.

Users will now receive the following error message when trying to print a One Time check if approvals are necessary.
